​Church history
House of God Church Of The Living God Pillar And Ground Of Truth, was founder in 1975 by Dorothy R Rolle. The journey began in her living room, she was under the leadership of Bishop White and State Bishop Williams. The church later move to Spurs Street and then to Clinton Rd all in Batavia NY, the name was changed to Church Of The Living God. In 1986 they purchased ‪12 Hall Street Batavia NY‬, Pastor Rolle left the church around 1988 to become an evangelist.

In 1988, Bishop Julius Andrews took over the role as pastor and Elder Ruth G Stinson, became the assist pastor. In 1990, The Lord called Bishop Andrews home, Elder Stinson became pastor. During that time the church name was changed to Batavia House of God.

In 1998, minister Dino L Leonard, and his family joined Batavia House Of God. In 1999 the church joined, Church Of God By Faith Inc, after meeting Minister Byron Smith.
Minister Leonard continued to work with Elder Stinson and in 2002, Minister Leonard became assist pastor. The two Elder Stinson and Assist Pastor Leonard, along with others, the Thorton family, Mother Johnson, and the Graham family just to name a few, labor together in the work of The Lord.

In 2010, Elder Stinson, retired and Assist Pastor Leonard became pastor. Later, the Lord blessed us to purchase a new building, our new home is Batavia House Of God C.O.G.B.F, ‪1 Gateway Batavia NY‬. We consecrated our building in 2013, under the leadership of Ruling Elder Dr. David C Rourk, Superintendent Reginald L Daymon.
